ICHC is a research platform jointly established by CHC Tech Limited and Imperial College London. This platform is dedicated to Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) technology with a focus on research in the development of GNSS products incorporating innovative, novel and effective solutions.

Our goal is to improve the quality and effectiveness of precise positioning methods that can be used for any purpose around the globe. We focus on data analysis to improve our positioning algorithms and better the technology of today.

At the London Imperial college, is our LICC receiver. Operating 24/7, it is always communicating with satellites collecting large amounts of data for analysis

Orbit - Clock Evaluator
For any Precise-Point Positioning methods, orbit and clocks of the navigation satellites are vital to calculating an accurate position one earth. We are working on a software that performs deep analysis of the orbit-clock calculations from the best in the business to try and improve our own.

Robust Orbit - Clock Generator
Another ongoing project which we are calling ROCG is experimenting with new methods of 'mixing' our OCs with data from other high quality sources to try and improve their accuracy.

ICHC Data Platform
As a member of IGS and the EPN we contribute to their networks by sharing our LICC data to their archives. Every hour we are upload data to BKG, BEV, IGN and CDDIS organisations.
Located in West London at Imperial College our CHCC220GR2 Antenna is continuously communicating with satellites and collecting data. Every hour we upload data to BKG, BEV, IGN and CDDIS (NASA). This data is then formatted into RINEX files and uploaded to multiple networks such as CDDIS for long term storage.
This allows other organisations to use it for analysis.
